On June 12/2012,all outstanding matters concerning accident damage on my RAV4 were very successfully completed. THANKS to Rose Garcia. To me she is the most competent customer service rep I have had the pleasure to meet. Rose has a warm and friendly personality but at the same time able to schedule realistic service timelines and problem-solve difficult challenges. She acknowledges my needs and concerns.
Please share my comments with your colleagues as to what effective customer service — means to me. (Unfortunately, I don’t have many positive experiences with customer service reps these days)
